Lyricsmit does not provide legal advice. Records generated by Lyricsmit are not a substitute for copyright registration, formal agreements, or qualified legal counsel. If you have a legal question about your work, consult a qualified professional.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and any metadata you associate with it. By submitting a file, you represent that you have the right or permission to submit that material to Lyricsmit. Lyricsmit does not review, endorse, or make any determination about submitted files.

Verification Availability

Records are intended to remain verifiable through the Lyricsmit verification system. However, verification availability may be subject to service continuity, planned changes, and circumstances beyond Lyricsmit's control. Lyricsmit makes no guarantee of indefinite availability.

Duplicate or Mismatched Records

If you believe a record is incorrect, duplicated, or associated with the wrong metadata, contact Lyricsmit directly. We will review the request and respond as promptly as circumstances allow.

Premium Purchases

Premium certificate purchases upgrade the presentation and verification features for a record. They are not a legal registration or any determination of rights. Payment is processed securely. If a payment is completed and the upgrade is not delivered, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lyricsmit's liability for any claim arising out of use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. Lyricsmit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Lyricsmit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
